PGM

  1. Process: gasification with pyrolysis, vitrification and plasma use.
  2. Type of waste: solid municipal, hazardous, industrial, chemical, medical, low radioactive.
  3. Type : installation
  4. Capacity: 40 000 tpa reactors for municipal and industrial waste. For hazardous, medical, radioactive and other waste, 5 000 to 20 000 ton reactors.
  5. Advantages:
    1. No fly ash, dioxins, furans, NOx etc.
    2. No bottom ash (no heavy metals). The output is glass stones which could be used as construction material
    3. Energy balance is better than traditional incinerators
    4. carbon certificate available
  1. Products: electricity, thermal energy, construction material (glass stone)
  2. Process temperature: 3000 – 7000 degree Celsius

PRRS

  1. Process: gasification with vitrification and plasma use
  2. Type of waste: solid municipal, industrial, hazardous, medical, low radioactive, tires, asbestos, RDF
  3. Type: fixed or mobile
  4. Capacity: from 2 to 100 tonnes per day
  5. Advantages:

(i)    No fly ash, dioxins, furans, NOx etc.

(ii)   No bottom ash (no heavy metals). The output is glass stones which could be used as construction material

KTSF
